1) Warm Water

4) Detox Water:
    (To cleanse your body and burn fat)

i) 12 mint leaves

ii) 1 Lemon in 4 pieces

iii) 1 (medium size / half) sliced unpeeled cucumber 

iv) 1 inch grated ginger

v) 2 liter water

5) Use 100 gm papaya in morning.

5- Lemon + Honey in warm water.
